Loved 95% percent of my career. Met some very outstanding men and women some of which I'm still in touch with today. I was proud to serve and I was fortunate enough to have been surrounded by good people who helped make be a better NCO. I always felt that mission was first but that you had to balance that with the needs of the people. Fortunately I had leaders above me who understood that and allowed me to decide how to handle my troops.
